Response to Consultation to increase PAN at GBS
Great Bookham School are currently holding a consultation regarding their proposal to increase their admissions number (PAN) in Reception from 30 to 60. In addition to taking an additional 15 children in Year 3. Changes would take effect from the 2025/26 academic year. Polesden Lacey Infant School is concerned about the implications that this may have on the local schools, the diversity of choice of education for the families in the local community and the quality of the provision on offer. We are aware that many in the community are also concerned. On the link below you can find our Governing Body's response to the consultation, the Headteacher's letter to parents as well as the consultation documents from GBS. We would encourage those who share or concerns to respond to the consultation by 19th January by writing to admissions@gbs.sfet.org.uk
